The army is playing 8 hours of radio through loudspeakers on the division line aimed at North Korea. The propaganda and the songs aim to promote how much more advanced South Korea is, reunification, and the reality of North Korean society. IU's 'Heart' is one of the songs that are played. North Korea has actually become obsessed with putting a stop to these loudspeakers because they are working in their soldiers losing morale.
